This is the full version of the new immigration bill Governor Brewer signed. This is the compete bill, as you can read, there is NO place were people can just be arbitrarily stopped and asked for their “papers” as the liberals have been contending; That is just not in it anywhere. If you  read this carefully you will see that what the liberals are objecting to is not in the bill. They are totally distorting the bill purposely.   31317955-amended-arizona-immigration-law

Right now you have the AG, Eric Holder going before congress and talking about how this bill will lead to racial profiling etc…..he did not read the  bill before shooting off his mouth….he stated he was “briefed” by the media! We have the AG being briefed by the media! He never read the bill….but of course he knows what is in it! This purposeful misrepresentation of the bill only undermines the law enforcement, the people that uphold the law. So we have the AG undermining Arizona law enforcement! Is this a man that should be an AG of the United States?? I think not! The president is doing the same thing by misrepresenting the bill, obviously, he has not read it,or chooses to misquote the bill…..either way he is undermining law enforcement in Arizona….This can not be tolerated.

I am so frustrated with the way this Arizona law against illegal aliens is being portrayed……There is nothing in this law that is not in federal laws on illegal immigration. There is no “random” searches, no just stopping people and checking ID at random, no profiling people, only checking ID “if some law is broken or there is investigation” requiring someone to show ID. This done daily for most people, they have to show a  drivers licenses when opening a checking account, writing a check, or  purchasing a car.  This is not targeting anyone. There is no profiling of anyone, which is illegal by federal law.

I am amazed that the president, of all people, went out and publicly likened the law to ….rounding up someone who went out for ice cream with their kids….somehow they would be asked for their “papers” like what is or was done in the North Korea, Nazi Germany, or China. This very idea that we just stop people in the USA and ask for “papers” is a total distortion of reality. The president of all people should show more respect and intelligence then go to an engagement and purposely distort what the Arizona law states. Obama is the one that is dividing this country, he is pandering lies and half truths. Like Arnold Swarzenegger, he made a remark at a speech about going to Arizona to speak but was afraid they would ask for his papers and send him back to Austria. This is purposely distorting the truth about the law. I am amazed that we have people out there that purposely lie about this Arizona law, comparing it to Nazi Germany. If people have complaints, they should be complaining about countries that have laws in place that allow people to be picked up and imprisoned without trial, hearing or indictment being made….Iran,Syria, China, and North Korea come to mind. Where is the outrage over what happens in Iran or North Korea? Where is the ACLU on that issue?

We need to secure the borders of this country. The federal government surely has not taken the steps that are necessary. I support Arizona in the law they passed. I hope Ohio does the same. Our country is being bled dry with the influx of these illegal aliens. We don’t need nor want the crime that comes with illegal aliens. I support legal immigration to this country, no illegal! You want to come here, come legally, or don’t come at all. We also don’t need liberals running around purposely distorting the truth.

I just stopped wondering why this country is headed down the tubes, I just listened to Congressman Hank Johnson. He is on the Arms Services Committee, interviewing a Brigadier General, a West Point graduate. I know third graders that can talk better then that and know better about geography. This is nearly too embarrassing to watch…..this is a congressman!
